We are looking for an experienced, initiative, proactive and self-driven Senior Lead QA Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Passionate about QA and new technologies

- Willing to take ownership of projects and present proposed solutions to the wider team to non-technical staff

- Consistently delivers and keeps up to date on best practices/standards and QA methods

- Able to perform effectively to tight deadlines, work well both independently and as a part of a team

- A proactive attitude to problem solving and an understanding of the role of QA in a creative environment

Requirements:

- Practical experience in testing (functional, non-functional, regression and manual) SaaS products

- Practical experience in API testing (Postman, SoapUI, etc.)

- Practical experience in implementing QA methodologies, processes and frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Codeception, etc.)

- Proficiency in bug reports and error descriptions in a systematic way

- Proficiency in relational databases (e.g. MySQL, MariaDB, etc.)

- Great and effective communication skills, both verbal and written in Lithuanian and English

- Good knowledge of HTTP protocol and REST API design principles

- Good knowledge of SaaS development life cycle

- Basic knowledge of PHP and JavaScript is expected

- Work experience in the Agile environment

- Attentiveness to details, curiosity, can-do attitude

- You have a genuine passion and empathy for the end users

Beneficial skills:

- NoSQL experience

- Experience with CI/CD

- Programming skills (in any language)

- Experience in working with GitLab and/or GitHub 

- Experience in documentation and user guides for SaaS products
