Key responsibilities:
Lead the team of remote sales representatives (based in Asia, Africa, the CIS and other emerging markets) and to achieve aggresive sales targets;
Generate sales that ensure attainment of company goals and profitability;
Develop and maintain successful customer relationships;
Conduct online presentations as well as presentations at customer locations (within all levels of their organization);
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding pipeline updates, forecasts and new prospects in the remote sales representative division;
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
Main requirements:
College/University degree;
Experience in an active B2B or B2C sales role (minimum 2 years);
Sales team management experience is a must (minimum 1 year);
A high degree of proficiency in English (verbal/written) is mandatory and Russian is an advantage;
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
