Responsibilities :
- Recognized relevant qualification as necessary Business and/or electronics engineering (include relevant technical qualification you desire locally)
- Demonstrable sales experience and successful in selling to and growing wide range of customers from SME to corporate
- Electronic industry and product knowledge – may include experience working with manufacturers &/or product design houses is an advantage (degree of knowledge may vary on local market needs)
- Business Acumen – understands business implications of decisions; sales & profit and strategic goals
- Negotiating and influencing; win-win solutions
- Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and listening
- Results driven
- Agility to adapt to changing market conditions
- Self starter, able to work independently
- Experienc e in consultative sales techniques
- Presentation skills
- Planning and preparation skills
- Lithuanian language essential, good Russian language and business English desirable (include understanding of culture where appropriate)
- Must have a valid driver’s licence with safe driving record
