Responsibilities:
Recruitment and management of personnel
Active search of aviation specialists
Oversight, control and preparation of the relevant documentation
Maintaining regular contact with airline companies and aviation specialists, including pilots, aircraft engineers and cabin crew
Key Requirements:
Relevant Aeronautical and/or Business Administration degree or equivalence via practical experience
High level of English language proficiency
Strong communication skills
Diligent, responsible and able to display personal initiative
Computer literacy skills
Supplementary Skills:
Russian language proficiency
Experience in project management
An aptitude for intercultural communication
Familiarity with the aviation industry (aircraft types & licensing knowledge)
