You will be a part of the production company in Kaunas.
Main responsibilities
- Actively participate in daily operations
- Order coordination and follow up
- Problem solving
- Local resource planning in cooperation with management
- Continuous follow up on time registrations and KPIs
- Ensuring high delivery performance and compliance with standards
- Ensuring continuous high quality of production output and engage in necessary training
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety standards
- Continuous focus on process improvements to ensure optimal production flow
