Today Locatory.com is looking for Customer Support Assistant (Spanish Speaking).
Responsibilities:
• Day to day communication with customers and vendors via phone and email;
• Conducting webinars and helping customers to understand our product and its functions better;
• Data file administration;
• Answering clients‘ queries and sorting out complaints
Requirements:
• Post – secondary education (college or university)
• Excellent Spanish and English language skills (oral and written)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Ability to balance workloads and meet deadlines
