• Refine communication skills;
• Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel);
• Ability to balance workloads and meet deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
• Day-to-day communication with customers and vendors via phone and email;
• Conducting webinars and helping customers to better understand our product and its functions;
• Administration of data files;
• Responding to client queries and resolving complaints/issues.
