Sales Project Manager

Who you are

Based in Vilnius, you are someone who is passionate about building long-lasting commercial relationships with entrepreneurs, startups, and small and medium sized businesses. 

While we are willing to offer a premium for someone with both sales/business development and project management skill-sets, we can consider splitting the roles in two.

The role 

You will be working closely with our Operations Manager, and Director, to help execute We Build Tech’s strategy. 

Responsibilities:

• Understand the company’s overall business operations, market potential, and strategy
• Create, articulate, and deliver a strong business development & partnerships plan 
• Support new and existing customers on their needs and issues that arise
• Help manage WBT portfolio products 
• Be “the face” of the company for all in-bound requests 
• Come up with unique and exciting sales and marketing campaigns 
• Disciplined data and document management using online platforms such as HubSpot

Requirements:

• You have proven success selling IT services or products, as well as driving project mandates from start to finish 
• You bring a professional and highly structured approach to business development and commercial dealings, including a grasp of budgeting and forecasting 
• You’re punctual, pay attention to detail, and have the ability to pre-empt problems that may arise
• Excellent verbal and written Lithuanian and English. Russian is an advantage.

Our team is situated in Vilnius, Lithuania with the option to work some days remotely. We embrace a remote work culture and expect remote workers to be active in communication channels and visits to the office.

Salary offer: 900-1300€ (gross) plus commissions.
