Operating since 25 years and located in Hamburg (Germany) EUKUTEC Elektro- und Kunststofftechnik GmbH is producing and selling harnesssets and mechatronics. The company itself is a member of a global operating group, which is doing business around the electronic and electrical industrial market. Now we are planning to set up a production in Lithuania. The idea is to establish first a kind of outer work bench for more simple work steps of the production. As soon as possible we want to expand production and include product development and process know how.
To help us we are looking for a technical experienced person who is able to understand our production and procedures, set up our production line, help to choose our future work force, shortly qualify them, organize the go live and lead our team in Klaipeda.
The plan is to find and employ the candidate to August 2013. The first 3 months there will be training in Hamburg. Target is getting level of understanding in terms of product portfolio, machinery and tools, production processes and demanded quality level.
Level of Graduation:
experienced technician with some theoretical Background (nice to have f. e. also Bachelor or Master of Engineering)
Language skills:
German and/or English (Russian is nice to have)
Experience:
Good knowledge and operating experience in general mechatronics,
ideal operating experience in production of items like harnesssets, mechanical subassemblies and electric control cabinets, experience or knowledge for organizing / processing work flows (wire crimping, soldering, plastic injection, welding and metal stamping),ability to highly focus on / understanding of manufacturing premium quality, cost orientation and basic understanding of commercial issues

Able to understand and follow company targets, able to focus himself on tasks and follow them consequently, able to motivate others to reach a mutual target, able to lead teams and solve conflicts within teams, being loyal and faithful, able to report and communicate within the company
