Analyze business processes, document them, and continually search for improvements;
Initiate, negotiate and agree on terms of commodity purchase/sale contracts, such as price, quality, quantity, transportation, timing and payment. Ensure contracted conditions are met;
Work with existing and new B2B clients, addressing their questions and concerns, maintain regular customer communication to build customer relationships, develop CRM system;
Conduct market research of global PGM market, follow industry news and offer insights accordingly;
Interact with colleagues from various departments, collect information from multiple sources, review and analyze it;
Administrate and develop internal price calculation tool by ensuring accurate data entry and report generation;
Prepare monthly supply/demand forecasts of traded commodities, assisting in production of short-term plans and facilitating the execution of such plans;
Work with internal traders to ensure proper hedging and position management;
Work with metal refiners, banks, commodity traders and other stakeholders to establish new commercial opportunities and form strategies to support the business development.
