Data Scientist-flexible working hours, part-time or contract

The role:
- Design, implement and validate new machine learning frameworks.
- Manage the entire end-to-end lifecycle.
- Create value from our raw data, analysing a wide range of structured and unstructured data, both internal and external
- Identify potential bias within predictive models to ensure the model fits correctly

This is a key role in our organisation so we will be looking for someone happy to grow with the company and be proactive in suggesting solutions.

Your profile:
- Well versed in data mining techniques, machine learning models (decision trees, clustering, classification, regression…)
- Studying Masters in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Machine Learning, AI
- Strong experience with one or more programming language Python, R, Java, Scala
- Experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, Impala, Flume
- Understand business processes and business development.
- Fluent Lithuanian speaker
- Based in Lithuania but working from home 

Duration: Part-time, 12 months or shorter contract with more hours
Compensation: 13.97 EUR gross hourly, equity stakes up to 5-9% depending on experience
