GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY General Manager assumes full management responsibility for the entrusted operational area of the Company. He is the contact person who cares about the close, positive and permanent relations with business partners. He strategically contributes to the development of the company and maintaining of its financial position. KEY POSITION OBJECTIVES • Managing daily operations and team of central office; • Maintaining and executing the quality standards of the entrusted brands; • Ensuring the achievement of established economic objectives; • Integration of owners and directors of managed hotels; • Optimizing the satisfaction of the business partners and hotel guests; • Ensure the use of tools and brand tools for operational objectives; • Integrating management business partners in a satisfactory and favourable way; • Leadership of business partners and hotel directors to achieve positive and growing brand; knowledge and identification in pair with satisfying economic results. SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities. • Extensive knowledge of hotel operations, sales & marketing, food & beverage, human resources and hotel financial processes and analysis; • Excellent written skills (in English) sufficient to produce communications that properly reflects the Company's and brand image; • Excellent oral communication and presentation skills (in English); • Considerable ability to listen effectively; • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team; • Ability to delegate tasks, manage and organize projects; • Ability to effectively lead team of professionals.
