Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for market analysis, implementation and expanding client area of Company new business activities (refined vegetable oil); implementing sales plans in Baltic States, Scandinavia, Poland, Eastern Germany markets; managing sales process in order to increase business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: •Organizes sales, customer service and technical support activities depending on the business requirements. •Determines annual volume and profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends, markets, competitors and products. •Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for assigned regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. •Implements sales programs by developing sales action plans. •Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. •Supervises all analysis activities about the market and sales
