Process Owner

Manage and oversee the objectives and performance of a good picking process across the Baltics through KPI, make required changes related to achieving process objectives.
Identify necessary process documentation and training requirements, issue and maintain any procedures and instructions; develop, implement and maintain process standards.
Monitor and report process execution compliance with process objectives and standards. Analyze process performance data and set quality objectives, resolve any problems and prevent their recurrence, identify risks and opportunities with current process.
Ensure appropriate process designs (also improvement, optimization and automation), including business requirements.
Facilitate the Scrum process as part of Scrum team in Agile methodology.

University degree.

Practical experience in similar position (at least 2 years of professional experience as business process owner, warehouse manager or similar).

Experience working with process projection programs, LEAN, Agile methodology would be an advantage.

MS Office (advanced user  level).

High level of English, Russian languages.
