Statybos projekto vadovas

As a project leader, you will be responsible of managing small/medium sized projects from the beginning to the end. You will go with our placers to the construction site, follow up the project and communicate with clients and providers. You will be expected to know and understand the workflow and specific details of each project. Your main task will be to ensure that the works in every project are executed flawlessly as well as to following up non-finished projects. Profile: • You have experience in working at construction projects (at least 1 year) • You know how to read technical drawings and can follow up architecture plans • You can manage a small team on site • Experience as windows installer is encouraged but not obligatory (common understanding of construction works is a must) • You have a driving license (B or BE) • You are eager to learn and grow with the company as the projects get bigger or more complex • You have a good spoken English level
