My extensive experience of promoting a customer focused culture within the kitchen is well documented in the attached CV. In it you will see that I have a track record of promptly addressing any customer complaints, concerns, or queries to the satisfaction of all concerned parties.
In my current role, I am directly responsible for all kitchen functions, including the training of employees in methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation and portion control. With my compatriots I have a reputation for helping fellow staff when they are struggling.
