I am a loving, compassionate, competent, communicative, caring and dutiful Personal Care Assistant and Nursing Support Worker who works under guidance of Nurses and Doctors in hospitals, private homes and community settings to aid with clinical and domestic duties, observe and monitor patients and promote physical and nutritional health and well-being. I have spent 1 year caring for an Aged relative with Dementia. I am a compassionate team player recognized for positive, upbeat attitude and proactive demeanor in solving problems. I provide exceptional care for my patients. I have been working for almost 2 years here in Nigeria. My duties as a Personal care Assistant/ Nursing Support Worker include;
✓Assisting clients with daily living needs to maintain self-esteem and general wellness.
✓Cooking meals and assisting patients with eating tasks to support healthy nutrition. ✓Completing regular check-ins and progress report for each client.
✓Supporting daily hygiene needs of patients by assisting with bathing, dressing, dental care and personal grooming.
✓Assisting with daily living activities, running errands, and household chores.
✓Assisting nursing staff with completing daily rounds, documenting vital signs and answering calls.

Because of my passion to move higher in my career, I have done the 15 care courses, I also have level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care, Mental Health and Safeguarding.
