Food Engineer

I was working at packaging department as a food engineer. I graduated from the Food Engineering Department of Çukurova University, in 2017. I am a master's degree student in CBRN Threat Management Engineering, at İskenderun Technical University. I was working full time for 2 years at Algin Agricultural Products Company, of which I am a founder. I am working as a volunteer teacher in a kindergarten now. EDUCATION AND TRAINING I created a team of food safety. I educated my workers about food safety, and I managed a team of Food Safety. I followed all the requirements of HACCP and ISO 22000.

I was the manager of this company and I was responsible for packaging department for 2 years. (packaging of olive oil, tomato sauce, some spices and some traditional products) I prepared some activities with workers and I gained some experiences how to create a team like a family in a company. I educated my workers about food safety, and I managed a team of Food Safety at a this company and ensured they got their work on time and truly. I completed some food safety applications in this company and they are still using my documents. (HACCP, ISO 22000 and BRC) In this company, I was also in contact with clients every time. I talked to clients and figured out what kind of product they need and I convinced them which kind of product is healthier.
