My key responsibilities within the clinic are to ensure the dental surgery health and safety policies and procedures are met:
• Welcoming patients, then directing them to the surgery
• Taking notes from dentists dictation for a patient's records
• Assisting dental care professionals with the dental procedures
• Preparing the surgery for dental treatments and clearing the surgery after the procedures
• Dealing with washing, sterilising and pouching instruments
• Filling the logbooks for the equipment, emergency kit and X-rays
• Changing fixer and developer for the X-ray developer machine
• Ordering and refilling the stock for dental materials
