Food Engineer Intern
Milk and Dairy Product ( Sakıpağa Süt ve Gıda ) First and important step of my carier is internship.
During my internship in the processing factory of milk and dairy products, which are indispensable for our breakfasts
Milk , cheese , yoghurt , and ayran ( drinkable yoghurt ) , butter are product of this company
I did a lot of analysis in laboratory such as ; First critical control point is antibiotic test for raw milk also viscosity , dry matter , water in milk (using cryscope machine ), determination of fat and protein and I was writing this results on forms and microsoft word program.
I used to understand the working principles of machine and equipment and transfer them to technical personnel in case of failure.
Examining the final product from the machine, making sensory analysis I was using packaging machine with vacuum system
Finally , I saw that the factory was checked twice by the big markets and that time I learned ISO 22000 and 9001

Boat Captain
The Land Of Legends Theme Park Rixos

I was the boat driver of the boat parade show which had about 10 thousand spectators of theme park , also when I was driving boat with hotel guests, I was promoting about theme park.In additonaly, I was cheff of boat captains and our team generally was 20 person
Some of my responsibilities ; I was giving work to boat captains and I was checking this work that all is okay. Preparing my boats ( cleaning , repairing lights) , be ready with costume at show time , driving passengers safely.
This work for me like hobby and very enjoyable because of this I was working every summer at same theme park with same full energy.
