International transportation company with headquarters in Vilnius is looking to expand its team and currently looking for Team Leader For Air Cargo Sales & Transportation department. Main Responsibilities: • Find clients and work with current ones for air cargo transportation. • To promote safe, economical air transportation. • To foster air commerce and study/solve issues connected therewith. • Manage overall export and import operations. • Lead negotiation of rates and contracts with air carriers. • Build and maintain long term relations with clients. • Oversee compliance with customs, laws, and regulations for importing and exporting. • To help business become more successful with simple, fast, and affordable solutions for international freight. Requirements: • Minimum 1 year of experience in an airfreight supervisory and management position. • Strong knowledge of command of documentation, procedures, and rules for air cargo transportation. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. • A true passion for customer service; you enjoy delivering your best to the clients and team members. • You are passionate about self-growth and are going in mindfulness path.
