Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with “Euro Genomas” products, support and service  Provide hands-on technical assistance and customer support.  Complete all equipment installations, service actions, system checks, required hardware and software upgrades in accordance with approved policies and procedures
 Train customers on the basic operation and use of “Euro Genomas” products
 Provide pre and post sales support by maintaining close working relationships with sales
team and customers  Manage inventory and keep accurate records
 Promote service contract offerings and assist the Sales Manager in selling service agreements to customers
