  • Posting job ad. Your job ad is published on the page according to the specified job category and location. You can edit, highlight and track the applications and CVs of the candidates that applied to the ad. There are lots of job offers being posted on the site daily, so in order to get more views and candidates, we recommend additional service packages.
  • Highlighting job ad. You can highlight job ads on Dirba.lt site. Ads can be highlighted by ordering a desired number of stars (from 1 to 5), so the more stars you order, the higher on the list your job offer will appear. If you order the same number of stars as on the other ads, then it will be listed based on which advert is ordered for more days, and if the number of days also matches, the place on the list will depend on the day it was last updated.
  • Email job alerts. Your job offer will be sent to professionals in the field of your interest. Users that are registered on Dirba.lt and those who agree to receive job adverts via email are constantly waiting for new job offers and career opportunities. So this is an effective way to increase the number of candidates and overall users’ interest.
  • Posting job ad on Facebook. Your job offer will be posted on our Facebook page „Myliu darbą”, which is followed by a community of over 37 thousand members. For each advert posted on our page, we order additional Facebook promotions.
  • Banner (990x150px). Our site is visited by tens of thousands of people every day, so the banner ad is not only an effective way of searching for employees, but also a great way to promote your brand. The banner ad link will lead to your job offer on Dirba.lt site, while the banner itself is created by us, so you will not incur additional costs.
  • CV database access. We receive a large number of new CV registrations on Dirba.lt site every single day, so having the access to the CV database and keeping an eye on the newly registered candidates lets you be the first one to find the right employee. Personnel selection

During the many years of employee search experience, we have noticed that there are two types of recruitment methods that are the most popular – full or limited personnel selection, so choose one:

  • Full personnel selection. This selection type is the most useful and effective one. Based on your needs, we begin looking and finding candidates, selecting them, interviewing them, conducting suitability tests if necessary. The only thing you need to do is invite our selected employees to a job interview. We will be looking for and presenting you the candidates until you recruit someone. The maximum selection time period is 2 months. We also provide an employee guarantee, meaning that if, after 1 month you happen to realise that the employee is ineligible and decide to dismiss him, we will find you another candidate for the same position.
    Full personnel selection price – from 1500 EUR + VAT.
  • Limited personnel selection. Based on your needs, we begin looking and finding candidates, selecting them, interviewing them, conducting suitability tests if necessary. The only thing you need to do is invite our selected employees to a job interview. However, this selection type has a limit, meaning that we will present you no more than 4 candidates until you decide to employ one of them. This selection method is intended only for one candidate, so if you employ more than one person - you must pay a selection fee for more than 1 recruited candidate. If after presenting you 4 suitable candidates you were unable to employ any of them, then the selection process is complete. This type of selection is cheaper, it also offers less guarantees, yet it is still convenient in the search for certain specialist.

  • Free job advert (Temporary). If you choose “Temporary” plan, you will not get to enter and highlight a job ad for free.
  • Free job advert (Permanent). If you choose “Permanent” plan, you will get to publish a free job advert for one month and your job ad will be highlighted with 3 stars.
  • Free job advert (Partner). If you choose “Partner” plan, you will get to publish a free job advert for one month and your job ad will be highlighted with 5 stars.
